woohoo~ after a long wait of almost 2.5yrs...
i finally received this long awaited letter from HDB...

i can finally collect the keys to my new flat!!!
yeah...Kelvin and i can finally have our own place...

woohoo~ keys collection at HDB hub on 21May (coming thur)
i hope Agnes approves my leave soon...

online shopping

well...cos of my physique lately...
my tummy's really big you see...
i got addicted to shopping online...
i mean shopping on singapore blogshops etc...

all my shopping experiences so far has been very good...
fast and prompt services...
and i've even made some new friends bcos of my new "hobby"

however...out of the many purchases i've made..
there's one blogshop that has really terrible services!
i'm blogging about it to warn any other friends that may be shopping online
so that you dont buy anything from here!!!

the blog shop owner is really atrocious...
here's how the story goes...

april 27 she emailed me that items are all ready for collection
(that's about 2wks ago!!!)
we arranged for meetup collection at yew tee on monday(27April)...
she also asked for my hp number for confirmation on time and venue...

however...later on the same day...at about 3+ then she smsed me
that she cannot make it for meetup
that's fine really...anyway i'm not in hurry need of the items...
but then she suddenly went missing!
out of all contact...
not answering calls...not replying to sms...
not reply to emails...
now she has even switched off her hp!

so peeps...do be reminded...if u buy things online...check the seller's profile before committing!

Kayden's first day @ Childcare

Kayden's been ranting about wanting to go to school...
and since baby's due next month...
we decided to enrol Kayden for childcare this month...

last week we have been bringing Kayden to the childcare to see the environment
and the surroundings...
to see if he likes the school...etc

finally we confirmed that he will enjoy himself at the school...
so last weekend...we brought him down to enrol...

finally...its May!!
the first school day of May...
(minus the last saturday...)
we're not putting him into childcare on saturdays as we wanna spend more time with him...

Kayden has been all so excited since last night
he's been "chanting" Kayden wants to go school...

this morning...once he wake up...
for a while...he forgot that he was going to school...
so he didnt wanna go for his bath...
but the moment we told him to go "pom-pom"
then go school...he got all so excited!
and dashed to find the maid to bathe him...

both Kelvin and I took leave today to accompany him on this "BIG DAY"

we were all so proud of Kayden...
he didnt even cry when we left the school...
when we went to pick him up in the evening...
the teacher was telling us that Kayden had been a good boy!
he was enjoying himself so much during the music and dance lesson that
he was all sweaty and perspiring when we were walking home...

he even told us that "Boy Boy wants to go school tomorrow"!

my boy has grown up finally!!!

Restaurant City

movie date with kelvin

haha...
finally managed to catch a movie with Kelvin after so long...
I cant even remember when was the last time i caught a movie anymore...

so on Good Friday...
we went to catch the "Shinjuku Incident" at AMK hub...the actors and actresses were great...!
portrayed the lives of illegal immigrants so well...

i must admit i initially agreed to this movie for Daniel Wu...
but after watching it...
i must say Kelvin did not recommend the wrong movie!

i was so shocked at some scenes...
particularly the 2 scenes where the hands were chopped off...

omg...and to think i was wondering why the show was listed as NC16...
now i think i know why...

Genting trip 01-04April09

yeah...i just came back from Genting last week...
Kelvin and I took 2 days off work and went for a short trip together...

we were initially planning to go for the Star Cruise promotion
Balcony rooms at SGD280 per person exclude taxes...
what a steal!
but alas...
they do not take pregnant women more than 24wks in their pregnancy...
so no choice...gotta drop that idea...

thus...we went for the next alternative...
coach travel...
(since i cant fly nor take cruises right...)

anyway...the package was very cheap too!
we only paid SGD86 per person...

okok...so now i shall go on more about the trip instead...

we left on 01april...the night coach
as we bought the package from Konsortium from sunplaza...
we had the "pleasure" of departing from sunplaza...
woohoo~ saved us some traveling time too!

then was coach all the way...
upon arrival...
it was casino casino casino and more casino for the 1st day...
(that's bcos i couldnt go theme park for rides too...)
but we had a good technique though...
that won us some shopping money...

so we went on to KL for the 2nd day...
the bus ticket to KL from Genting costs only RM4 per person per way!!!
nothing much done in KL...
went for a great lunch at the new Pavillion mall...
well...its not exactly new anymore...
we had visited it once the previous time we were in KL...
then walked around a bit...
and went back to Genting....

and its time for more casino....hahaha...

anyway...i guess this must have been the trip that i have spent the least money on...
not much shopping...
majority of monies spent were on foods and goodies for Kayden....

no photos for this trip too...

nothing much to take anyway...
