movie date with kelvin

haha...
finally managed to catch a movie with Kelvin after so long...
I cant even remember when was the last time i caught a movie anymore...

so on Good Friday...
we went to catch the "Shinjuku Incident" at AMK hub...the actors and actresses were great...!
portrayed the lives of illegal immigrants so well...

i must admit i initially agreed to this movie for Daniel Wu...
but after watching it...
i must say Kelvin did not recommend the wrong movie!

i was so shocked at some scenes...
particularly the 2 scenes where the hands were chopped off...

omg...and to think i was wondering why the show was listed as NC16...
now i think i know why...

Genting trip 01-04April09

yeah...i just came back from Genting last week...
Kelvin and I took 2 days off work and went for a short trip together...

we were initially planning to go for the Star Cruise promotion
Balcony rooms at SGD280 per person exclude taxes...
what a steal!
but alas...
they do not take pregnant women more than 24wks in their pregnancy...
so no choice...gotta drop that idea...

thus...we went for the next alternative...
coach travel...
(since i cant fly nor take cruises right...)

anyway...the package was very cheap too!
we only paid SGD86 per person...

okok...so now i shall go on more about the trip instead...

we left on 01april...the night coach
as we bought the package from Konsortium from sunplaza...
we had the "pleasure" of departing from sunplaza...
woohoo~ saved us some traveling time too!

then was coach all the way...
upon arrival...
it was casino casino casino and more casino for the 1st day...
(that's bcos i couldnt go theme park for rides too...)
but we had a good technique though...
that won us some shopping money...

so we went on to KL for the 2nd day...
the bus ticket to KL from Genting costs only RM4 per person per way!!!
nothing much done in KL...
went for a great lunch at the new Pavillion mall...
well...its not exactly new anymore...
we had visited it once the previous time we were in KL...
then walked around a bit...
and went back to Genting....

and its time for more casino....hahaha...

anyway...i guess this must have been the trip that i have spent the least money on...
not much shopping...
majority of monies spent were on foods and goodies for Kayden....

no photos for this trip too...

nothing much to take anyway...

22Jan09-Kai Tai's POP

after 4 gruelling months...Kai Tai finally POP from his "BMT"...
as he is enlisted into Police instead, i'm not sure what is it known as...
but anyway, it's the equavalent of the BMT for army...

so we brought Kayden along to watch the parade...

it was a long long wait and Kayden was getting frustrated and impatient from the long wait...
see how bad his face looks...

we started taking photos and playing with the camera until his smile turned "plastic"

X'mas celebrations

this update is like almost 1month late??
this was how we spent X'mas eve...

for lunch...we went to Causeway Point...
not knowing what we wanna eat...
so when we walked past Seoul Garden...
and long time never eat...
we decided that Seoul Garden it shall be...

but alas!!! what an expensive option it was!!!
totalled up to almost SGD40 per person...
lucky Kayden dined free...

see how Kelvin and Henry were eating...

so they started playing with food...
everybody take one bowl...
and put food into eat...
the other person will have to finish the entire bowl...
needless to say...
of course Kelvin played cheat!!!

after the meal...we walked about for a while...
then went home as Kayden was getting tired...

in the afternoon...
we made our way to the PA chalet complex for X'mas gathering with my poly pals
Kelvin didnt go with us...
so it was just me and Kayden...
the theme for the night was "Angels and Devils"
well..i didnt manage to buy anything for the theme...
so i brought a lil' monster with me...

it was supposed to be a BBQ...
but it was raining the whole time...
so no choice...we had steamboat cum BBQ in the room...

Kayden spent a lot of time having fun playing with the luminous sticks that he found...
see...he's like doing stunts with them!

then we went home just before midnight...
so that we can be home with kelvin for xmas!!!
but some glitches along the way made the day ended in rather a bad note...
